The Grand Hotel Park lies at the heart of Gstaad's delightful countryside. Most of the rooms have balconies, allowing guests to admire the impressive views of the Bernese Alps. The hotel, surrounded by magnificent grounds, marries tradition with contemporary elegance. Our cuisine is mainly Mediterranean with the perfumes of the south, its colours, and the flavour of its spices. The northern Italian peninsula brings the rice, a delicious polenta with calf’s liver and fine herbs, for instance… From the pure nature of our region, we use the aroma of the herbs, the mushrooms, fresh water fish, game, meat from the Alpine pastures and delicious dairy products.
